What should i say to police when they try and shut down my concert after hours?

I run a business for Electric Dance Music (raves) and i just wanted some loopholes or legalities to tell the cops when they try and take me away or shut down my event. Maybe even something with my rights or my rights as a business? I can use all the help i can get :) Thank you
