Starting to make pastel art and sell them..Need some tips!?

I am wanting to create art using pastels from pictures that people give or send me. How much should I charge for each one? I have no clue! Also if anyone has any experience doing this type of thing out of their home, I would appreciate any advice you have. Thank you!
