Can anyone please help me find pics of hair that has been colored or highlighted ONLY at the ends of the hair?

I have searched and searched but no luck. I have long black hair and want something a little different. I LOVE my black hair and always get compliments on it, but I want to add a lil flavor to it. Like a bright burgundy at the ends of my layers....I thought that might look kick. So please try to help me so I can take an idea to my stylist.
