What was this Jackie Chan film?

Does anyone know this jackie chan film, i don't remember too much, but i remember in the beginning he was some sort of agent infiltrating some base in the snowy mountains, **** happens and he ends up almost dying by hypothermia, gets rescued and winds up in Australia i think, i also remember a scene past halfway in the film when he's fighting a bunch of guys in the aquarium in the shark section, i think the film was also quite old as well, not too sure, i'd appreciate it if anyone can give me the title of the film, thanks in advance : )
