Nope, no one can tell you by the birth chart if you are good match, because astrology is make-believe. It's no more relevant to your compatibility than your eye color or the first letter of the name of the town you were born in. You may as well each pick a card from a regular poker deck and decide you're a good match if you both happen to pick cards of the same suit.
