Things to send as gifts to Europe, any suggestions?

My good friend lives in N. Spain, I currently am in Minnesota. I wanted to send her some stuff from here that aren't sold in Spain or W. Europe if possible. I am planning to send her a t-shirt with Minneapolis stamped on it. Any other things? A lot of stuff made her is usually distributed world wide, so I am having a hard time thinking of stuff. I was thinking of sending ger Godiva chocolates, as she said they don't have them in her city, but will the survive the plane ride? I fear they will melt. Suggestions, please!
