Whats does a good hand shake reflects about a person?

A handshake tells people so much about you. You don't want to squeeze too hard with so much pressure they don't want to shake your hand again, but a firm grasp is a definite sign of confidence. Some women think it's too "manly" to shake hands and that's why they are hesitant. I am not that way. I hate when women give a sloppy, half-grasping handshake - it automatically tells me they are timid and weak. I always tell people who have a good handshake "wow, that's a great handshake". They always have a smile on their face after you say it. A handshake can make all the difference in how you are perceived in the work environment.
