Opened a bump on skin and yellow flesh came out?

So i had this bump on my face for months now it came out of nowhere at dirst i thought it was a pimple i attempted to pop it, but the skin was so tough that it didnt break. For a guy my skin is usually smooth so this kinda aggrovated me so i tried face cleansers and nothing happend. I later tried picking at it that also failed, but it did hurt alot. I was so desprite to remove it i used a knife to see if i could cut it off i know its crazy , but i want that bump gone. Yesterday i tried using fingernail clipers that i just bought that also failed, but it did get slightly under the skin to where you could aee puss. So finally i was liie i dont care how much this hurts its going away...so i used these huge toenail clipers(yes they came in the pack w/ the finger nail clippers) this time it went deep underneath and i lifted the skin up to find a yellow m under my skin i squeezed it out and it wasnt puss but something else and it was attached to my skin. Anyways the point of this story is what was that yellow m under my skin? It was sticky, was attached to my flesh abd when i removed it there was a hole where it once was. If anyone can answer this question i would would very much apprieciate it.
