Should I send my kid boarding?

I want to send my kid to Brighton Collage and we can afford it and all. She is 4 years old, very cute and loves her current nursery, but I want her to go there. We move around constantly, and I could see her monthly. She's independent, has her own mobile and could call us nightly. She is fine at Nursery and we parted from her for a month or two not long ago and she was fine living with a friend of the family she hardly knows
