Spray painting my rims, help w/ color?

I have a TB scion Tc wth 17" rims.. Stock.. And i want to sand them, and spray paint them black. Looking 4 a gloss black, not a black where it plainly sucks. Nice black color that wont fade.. Any suggestions??
