Is anyone being affected by the new FDA law - dead animal build-up?

It has been a problem for several years for us without the FDA. The people who picked up a dead cow to render used to pay you around $25. The price gradually went down to where they would just pick them up if you called. Next it started going the other way, they charged $5 which kept going up. The last time I used them it was $25 or $30, and they had all kinds of rules like the body had to be within so many feet of a main road and your money must be left in a sealed gl jar beside the dead cow. We have a neighbor with a backhoe and he started burying them for $15, and we have been using him ever since. It's not like we have to maintain a grave yard, the grave can be reseeded and you never know it was there, so it does not take up a lot of room.
