Did I Break my Ankle?

I was outside doing the chores and when I went behind the barn I saw a big cement slab propped against it that my daddy put there, so I figured I'd move it in the barn. In the process, it fell on my ankle and foot because it was heavy and slipped on the pine straw. I yelled for daddy and he came and got it off my foot, and immediately it puffed up red and black and blue. It hurts so bad right now. I can't tell if it's broken because it's swollen to the point that I wouldn't be able to move it even if it wasn't broke. I can't walk on it or anything either. Im 14 years old and it made me cry from the pain. A few years ago my friend had a concrete grave stone fall on his foot that was smaller than this one, and it crushed his bones. How likely is it that something is broken?
