Can I negotiate on used gears at Guitar Center?

I heard that Guitar Center don't haggle anymore, but I was thinking about buying some used DJ gears at Guitar Center, and I was wondering if I can negotiate with them to get a better price? If they'll negotiate with me, how much is the starting point to negotiate? 20%, 30% off what the price they are selling?
