Why doesn't he love me anymore?Me and my bf have been together for 5yrs but 2 of them were long distance.

now He is 23 andim 21.I got pregnant at 18 and we moved in together because I had a lot of problems at home and he said he would take care of me here. I left everything behind my school, friends. I came to finish my last year of high school here pregnant with no friends a completely different city compared to what i was used to(small town). He was always very affectionate and loving he would listen to me and talk 2 me everything was perfect. Ive been living with him 4 three yrs now and idk what went wrong. He works but I dont because I dont trust daycares. He never pays attention to me and doest give me any compliments ( know what girls Iike to hear)never tells me he ♥s me. and it feels even worse when I ask him i just feel like he doesnt have any interest in me anymore.We fight all the time b cause all I want is his attention, love. I♥him so much but I feel he just wants to b with me 4 the kids.all he says is if u dont like it leave. im just want to make it work. but idk what to do.
