What did Dustin apologize to Joe for on Big Brother (USA)?

I got that it had to do with Joe's family and Dustin's treatment or opinion of Joe's family, but I could not understand what was going on? Does anyone out there know WTF Dustin was talking about? BTW, I hate Joe and love Dustin. And Jen is a psycho!!!
