Mothers: Describe your state the day after birth, were you able to walk about comfortably?

Well, I'm not a doctor so I won't attempt to comment on your issues. As far as I how I felt, I was able to walk right away (natural birth). I got up and walked down the hall to a new room less than an hour after giving birth. I mean, yes, of course, there was pain, but it was not unsteady, wobbling, or anything like that.
