Is there a way to fix red air bubble in the rock band drum set without paying for anything?

my red pad has air bubbles and now the pad itself came off and as of right now i have it taped down with scotch tape -_- and its annoying playing it like that cause then half of the pad comes back up and i really wanna fix it any help?
