Do you think a private swimming pool business will work?

Basically we have a small farm in lancashire and need to diversify. One idea the whole family has come up with is a private swimming pool hire. We would erect a building with all the facilities you would need for the hours swim, clean & heated too. We aim to charge �15 hr for a minimum of 2 persons and a maximum of 6. Ideal for family & friends who want some peace and quiet (something you do not get at the local baths). We are also thinking of attracting weight loss groups, aquatic teachers & people seeking some basic hydrotherapy. So, the question is, what are your views on this proposal, would you use this facility & be happy with what we could offer. Many thanks for reading.
