50,000 people logging on, how do I profit most from this phenomenon?

I get 50,000 hits a month and I can advertise what ever I want. The stuff that I advertiser can belong to me, or I can advertise things that get shipped from China, or I can sling an advertisment to Godaddy or Wall Street Journal. I want to target this question in maximizing my cost and payoffs. What is the top thing I can sell? The hits are a regional southern audience. Youngsters through computer savvy elderly. The content is all family approved.
